My son did dropoff and was told everything was okay so he could pay additional charges; then I was charged an additional $63. My son knew I would need his help if there were additional charges.

Equipment was maintained, however there were things left from the previous user still in the truck. Secondly, I had an 8am reservation but the person who handles the trucks didn't come in til 930 am. Kind of messed up my schedule for my move.
Joey RVery easy process on line. Everyone on the phone and in the store were friendly and most helpful. Reasonable rates. Uhaul is the place to go for self movers.
