Location is great. The online booking was very good. The contactless pick up was very confusing, took a very long time and needs to be streamlined. Once I had the keys it was awesome. Thank you for walking me through the lock opening process.

The only thing I would think of is, explain better on what to do when you get there. I lost some of the important information due to multiple emails and texts. Overall , it was good.
Tammy OAs someone who rents uhauls multiple times per week, this place has a super awkward and non-standard method of operation, and they claim if you don’t do it their way instead of uhauls way, they will charge you extra money. Not worth the hassle.
