Don was a Fabulous representative of U-haul. I am planning on hiring movers next time but if not I know where to come for a truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was great dealing with Don!
Amanda CLocation is great. The online booking was very good. The contactless pick up was very confusing, took a very long time and needs to be streamlined. Once I had the keys it was awesome. Thank you for walking me through the lock opening process.
Brent WThe only thing I would think of is, explain better on what to do when you get there. I lost some of the important information due to multiple emails and texts. Overall , it was good.
Tammy OAs someone who rents uhauls multiple times per week, this place has a super awkward and non-standard method of operation, and they claim if you don’t do it their way instead of uhauls way, they will charge you extra money. Not worth the hassle.
