Everything about this location is fine except for one of the employees, Kevin. Every time I have come here, he has been rude and shown a poor attitude toward every customer he speaks to. There are already other reviews online mentioning his behavior. It is unacceptable for a U-Haul employee to act the way he does. When I went to pick up a U-Haul from this location the week before, he told me there weren’t any available, which was fine. However, he then lied and said there was no possible way for him to help find another location. After he walked away, his coworker—whose name I can’t remember—stepped in, quickly found a location, and reserved a U-Haul for us. She was incredible, and I’ve received great help from her in the past as well.
