The air condition didn't work, I was sweating the whole way, I had a business show, and rented the truck to bring all my stuff, and with no A/C i arrived like a maniac, i need a refund!

The employee was very unprofessional and lacked knowledge. From lying about the amount of gas and to having no idea about the ball size and towing capacity of the vehicle and how to properly fill out the forms
