The owner/operator at the UHaul store was super helpful. There was a mistake on my bill, and he told me about it before I even had a chance to tell him about it. He made the correction very quickly. I don't remember his name but he is a keeper. Would definitely recommend this store and Uhaul to anyone.

Easy process
JAMES EWent to the first location. They did not have the equipment we ordered and they sent us to another location. Instead of transferring the order, the first place cancelled it. The second location found the cancelled order, but also did not have the equipment. Sent us to a 3rd location. The gentlemen created a new order for us, but it was mor expensive than the one I had generated online. Over it was not a good experience. Will look into other options when I need a rental truck in a few months.
SCOTT CTruck was filthy inside and out, hard to get in and out of.
