We arrived after hours, so we don’t know if it was clean and inviting or if anyone was helpful. There was a drop box outside of a locked gate for keys and contracts, but no instructions about where the rental equipment should be parked..

Hard to park due to the number of trucks there. The guy running it was helpful and friendly and took care of everything.
George RAfter hours but no clear instructions. The App is absolutely trash. We dropped keys in box before knowing we needed to take pictures and then again has to call and wait for assistance
JAMES RI had a great experience. The 20 foot truck was clean and drove perfectly. The agent, Wayne, was great and he made the experience seamless.
JAMES MWe were not expecting to do all the pick up and drop off work ourselves. It would be better to know that I need to download the app ahead of time to make pick up and drop off easier.
