After hours but no clear instructions. The App is absolutely trash. We dropped keys in box before knowing we needed to take pictures and then again has to call and wait for assistance

I had a great experience. The 20 foot truck was clean and drove perfectly. The agent, Wayne, was great and he made the experience seamless.
