I was really disappointed with the U-Haul service this time, the location I had chosen was in walking distance from my apartment and was changed at the last minute, which meant I had to walk back home, get a second driver and drive to the new location, this was very frustrating for me, and caused delays and a cost with me getting to my new address and moving in. I was sent a message about reimbursement, which I haven't received. I also didn't get a call the day before from an agent to go over the details of the pickup.

Sudhir PThe truck sounded like a tank, moved and emptied truck, on the way back the truck acted up could only get 05 miles an hour on the road had to pull over and call , waited 3 hours for tow truck .
Dorothy wThe location was close by and it was quick to pick up, but the store wasn’t clean and it smelled. The truck itself was in poor shape. It constantly veers to the right which made it very hard to keep it in lane, and my right arm hurts from trying to keep it straight. The button for tow mode was broken. The lock on the rear was jammed and it took us a very long time to open it. For a few minutes we thought we’d have to drive all the way back because we couldn’t get it open. There were empty coffee cups and bottles in the cab.
