The building was in need of repair. The person who met us didn't wear any identification for U-Haul. We felt pressured not to submit pictures to Uhaul in the app but rather just to hand over the keys.
Linda CMy appointment time was 10:30, after 20 minutes and no one was there I called, he wanted to do everything remotely, I was never informed of this.
