Ok.....let's see here.. first off showed up at the ghetto and im a solid 6ft3 guy and felt uncomfortable crackheads everywhere at 855 a.m.. so all I want is the keys and go as I checked the night before..but had to spend 25 min on your garbage uhaul app to check in..the girl at the store was awful no help whatsoever didnt speak English , pointed at the qr code on the key box and took off,, upon returning the vehicle (on time ) with a quarter tank dull of fuel ..which is more wheni picked it up right on empty..mad wicked..so I followed the prompts on the app and checked out..and the app said a uhaul representative will contact me shortly...ok ...never happened so I had to reach out to customer service as low and behold my account was overdue which was b.s as I met the requirements of the contract and did everything correctly... and the service rep had the nerve to tell me to contact the ghetto ass store myself and have the account corrected .. ya no because I turned off my location on my personal phone so the app didnt register ..which is bill because I have screenshot of me checked out...poor customer service ,and accuse me of not returning said vehicle on time...Will never use uhaul again budget rental it is..plus it was promo offer 50 cents a km but got charged 1.20 km what a fucking joke

I arrived at 9am for my scheduled pickup, and there was no one at the store. After finally getting in touch with the manager through the 24/7 uhaul support, the store owner called me directly and apologized and informed me that his employee had slept through their alarm that morning. When an employee finally showed up around 10:15, they apologized once and stated they had an emergency and couldn't have been here earlier. I would hope, going forward, if they had an emergency and were unable to arrive on time, they would have contacted their manager and myself as soon as possible. Additionally, they were unsure of how to navigate the uhaul check in and forgot their login information. Instead, I picked up my U haul 90 minutes late, which incurred additional fees for contracted unloaders who were waiting for me in the Fraser Valley. Over the phone I was told I would get a $50 reimbursement, which still hasn't come through. On a positive - when I dropped it off in the evening, the employee there at that time was very kind and helpful.
