Nice people both pick up/drop off
Andrew HA hold was put on my bank card until final payment. It was not released, resulting in being double charged according to my bank statement. After all the verifiable business I have done with Uhaul, I will never again subject myself to any kind of hold on funds from a bank or credit card. I expect a full and rapid refund of the over billing.
Matt AThe owners were very helpful and very kind but the truck had a completely dead battery after we left the lot. We got it fully loaded and had to wait to move until we could get a jump start and then we weren't able to shut it off again the rest of the day.
KYLE WWarning to future customers, if you reserve online, read over the contract they print for you at pick up and drop off. This location did not acknowledge our tax exempt status and told us just to call customer service for a credit after they run the charge through. They also reported the truck had 1/4 of a tank more gas in it at pick up than it really did and we made note of it before leaving their office. When we returned the vehicle they charged us for gas yet we filled it up more then what we even used. They issued a cash credit when brought to their attention which, as a business, makes it difficult for our bookkeeping. These may just be training issues but since there were multiple issues I doubt we'll be using them again.
