Took over a hour to get the keys, were not to vehicle I was told was mine. Took over 30 minutes to get my U-Haul. It was blocked by a trailer. Very dirty.
Callie JI rented a uhaul and drove 18.6 miles, to be told today that I drove 351 miles which is definitely a lie and needs to be investigated further. I’ve called both locations to rectify the issue and the gentleman at this Indiana location never called back, when I talked to him he seemed as if he knew something was put in wrong when I started talking yet hasn’t called back. I have addresses of where I went and there’s no way that went over 19 miles at all let along 351 miles!
