ELENA MFirst of all, this is a do it yourself lot. I'm not sure if it's ever staffed. We were warned that there wouldn't be anyone there to help us. At least it wasn't a surprise. Second, the U-Haul app a fairly non-standard interface making DIY returns even more difficult. The location isn't horrible, but it certainly wasn't invited and didn't have much room to maneuver a 12' trailer. If you aren't good at backing trailers, this isn't the location for you.
TOBY AThe man running the place called me a day earlier and offered me the equipment. He did not alter the return date. His customer care and concern was remarkable and I would not hesitate to recommend this location. The truck was a very late model, ran great and was easy to drive. I've used UHaul in the past, but this gear was the best I've used. Thanks!
Al ARented trailer for 2 days @ 29.95 per day . Was charged $81+ for rental as safe tow was added without request . Brought to locations attention but was not deducted. Have many many times from uhaul .NOT HAPPY !!!!
