Holly greeted me at the drop off location received the keys, asked me if I had any questions regarding the turn in process. We talked about it being returned as it was picked up with a full tank of gas and I told her the appliance dolly was in the back of the truck. She is very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I’ve dropped off a U-Haul to her location. Her business seems to be growing by the number of trailers and trucks that were there this time. Over all very good experience from start to finish, I will be needing to rent again in the near future and intend to use both locations again when I do.
