You allowed me to scheduled 8:00 a.m. pick up and they didn't open until 9:00 so that was a waste of hour

CHARLES MThis is ridiculous, I Took the Truck for 4 hours only and I calculate the mileage from the location i took and rented to some location about 45 miles and you charge me for 80 miles. You charge me for 35 miles wasn’t . I will not recommend anyone to rent in this location.
FAISAL RTruly the worst rental experience I’ve ever had: I was on hold with customer service for an hour because the (very friendly and helpful) woman working at the storage location was not able to process the price that I had been quoted in the notes of my case. I deserve a refund for the time and hassle and I hope that U-Haul honors their commitment to customer service.
