TINA PThe service at this location is always GREAT. However, this time the truck we received (15-foot) was leaking water in the cab when driving back in the rain from Boone, NC. It was leaking in from where the seatbelts are fastened to the cab. Water running down the seatbelts into our clothes and into the seat. This persisted for almost the entire 2 hour ride back. We double checked the windows, and this was not the problem. Not sure this is a location issue, or if they even knew about the issue, but definitely not a fun experience on the way back @ 2AM. Otherwise, the facility and truck was fine.
