It was difficult to find entrance, after entering he asked why we were there. A few minutes later someone else entered and he seemed to be irritated that he had to wait on two customers. Had to wait to have vehicle cleaned and windows washed, due to dust and rain. Very congested office space.

I dropped off the truck after hours so I didn't meet with anyone. I dropped off the truck and keys. The staff was very helpful when I called to confirm that everything was ok.

Place was closed on Sunday. I had to park the car on an isolated dirt road outside the gate where the key drop off box was next to the highway. I hope nothing happened to the truck after I left.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful

Wildhorse Propane & Appliance Uhaul rental location is the best !! Will rent from them again !!!!

The equipment was not what I needed. The woman at the 1 800 number that took my order assured me it would be the right equipment for my intended purpose. She was wrong and I still had to pay!! NO GOOD.

I had to drive 45miles to pick up the truck from salinas to kingcity,no biggie,,,,,but then after unloading had to drive 45miles south of laytonville to another uhaul place to drop it off, because the uhaul 20miles south in Willits ca wasn't taking anymore drop offs, witch I went over my aloud mileage,,,and I have to pay that,it's ridiculous,,Salinas ca to laytonville ca..that's all I needed..enjoy the money for the miles I played extra for,,,otherwise great truck smooth service, thanks again

Everything was easy peasy at both locations.

I reserved the equipment in Greenfield CA it wasnt available. Had to go to Salinas for the tow dolly and King City for the truck. It was very inconvenient but the ladies at Wildhorse Propane were very helpful.

19.95 a day advertised 1.30 a mile. I live in a rule area 180.00 when the 5 hour day was done. WOW bit more than 19.95 a day.

The customer service was wonderful. They were very helpful and explained everything in regards to the truck. I will be back.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! I wasn't able to get to the rental location and Scott picked me up! A HUGE HELP. Thanks to UHaul, my faith in humanity is restored.

The instructions on the over-night drop box for the keys and contract need to be more easily accessed by the customer.

We had called and reserved in advance a closed trailer at this location. When we got there, the reserved trailer was not available. A substitution was made for an open trailer, but there was no price adjustment or any type of other consideration given, since we then had to go buy rope and tarps.

I had a horrible accident in my uhaul and was assigned by the police to go to King City to get a new one. I spend much time with Uhaul hotline to get things arranged for King City. When I arrived they had no information about me. This took another hour to get straightened out. Thank goodness for Minnie who works there-she was very calm, understanding and did everything she could to make it right. Finally, I was authorized. But there were no keys to the truck. The kid who cleans the trucks had taken them home-another 45 min of waiting for them to track him down and get them. We were thankful for our tow truck guy who patiently waited through all this with the damaged truck still fully loaded with my child's college belongings. We had to crowbar the truck open and he helped unload and then reload all the contents into the new truck. This truck made it to SLO and I dropped it off in Atascadero. This was the strangest, scariest, most bizarre day of my life. I probably will not rent from Uhaul again, though certain individuals like Lee on the hotline, Minnie at Wildhorse, Stephanie at Atascadero who were extremely concerned and helpful knowing I had survived a major accident.

I am very very disappointment with the service from uhaul. I originally reserved a 26ft and was called the day before I was moving that they only had a 20ft. I thought a reservation would reserve the truck. Guess not. Then uhaul had me drive an extra 30 minutes to pick up the 20ft truck. Poor, rude customer service the whole time. I do not recommend friends to use uhaul. They do not put customers first.
