Truck was clean and ready when promised! Excellent customer service at location. Would do business with this location again.

Staff was extremely helpful! Uhaul's main line did not inform me that I would not be guaranteed the location I wanted and they gave me a pick up location 45 miles south of where I needed to pick up. So along with customer service line (again) and Wildhorse Uhaul I was able to get what I needed to help with the move. Thanks Paula and staff!

When we arrived the truck was not ready, it was dirty in the cargo area the man at the location cleaned it the inside of the cab was dirty as well the man at location cleaned it for us, next problem was the truck would not start they had to jump start the truck this would end up being a problem once we drove to our home to load the truck the truck would not start again I tell I jumped it with my personal vehicles and charged it for 40 mins

The reason for the bad review on this location is that UHAIUL themselves told me it was open 24 hours but they close at 3 pm. No peronnel available to help, gate to property locked with no access. Very remote location, very dark at night. Tried to reach UHAUL customer service, on hold 45 mins still no agent for clear instructions for drop off and I still had a 3 1/2 drive home at 9:30 at night !!

The location was fine and the staff worked hard to try and fix everything I haul did wrong. I had reserved a truck to pick up in Paso Robles and was told the day befor that it was available in Santa Barbara-90 miles south of where I was loading. I changed it to this location. When I picked up the truck I was told it was 100 more to drop it off st the location I originally selected. I could save the 100 by driving over one of the most dangerous roads in America. I will never use uhaul again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it.

No I wouldn’t. They let me drive off with a broken windshield. Called Steve the owner which he made it be my responsibility to call the Uhaul company regarding the windshield.

Agent was not very knowledgeable. Had a lot of problems checking me in. Then, she gave me the wrong size truck (10') and argued with me when I told her that the truck was incorrect. Not very helpful in giving operating instructions.

Got there after it closed. I put ~80 miles on the 15' truck. The recommended amount to get the gas gauge back to 1/2 was 14 gallons. I put in 17 and it still was not back. That's less than 5 miles per gallon on a truck that is supposed to get 10 mpg. The gas gauge was faulty or the truck was eating gas.
