I wasn't impressed, not very professional. Spent 10 minutes on his phone talking to a friend, wasn't professional at all when it came to hooking the trailer up. I had to redo it to get the trailer setting level, the front was way to high.

WILEY ASomeone who knows English and what’s going on. I didn’t know the app did t work properly, and apparently I could’ve just taken the trailer. Customer service I called and 3 people couldn’t help me.
Tiara MThe truck ran really good. Inside the truck was dirty, trash from the previous renter, animal hair everywhere. Outside the truck in the front was massive bug splatter, it was bad.
