Everything was great
Paula L.The site was not a corporate site, my online reservation with Uhaul did not include insurance as I have insurance. When I came to pick up the trailer, the Uhaul software charged me insurance that I specifically had refused. It was basically a fraudulent charge that the attendant could not override as uhaul software added and would not allow it to be removed I will NOY ho back to that dealer again!
