RICKY T(( To Whom It May Concern... )) As Per Contract # ; ****0637 Location : Aqua Bay 1157 Midland Ave Kingston, ON K7P2X8 The area Field Manager for this location ( Steve Shorts ) went above & beyond his duty's to see that the 6' x 12' - Utility Trl. was in pristine condition for my trip by personally going over the complete unit.. All was perfect & a pleasure to tow behind my 2500 GMC p/u.. My hat goes off for U-Haul's Area Field Manager Steve Shorts, this industry needs more ppl. like Mr. S. Shorts that have the ( P.R.) Public Relation Skills & ability to deal with customers needs.. Also, Jake @ the counter was a great help as well for the first Trl Rental.... I highly recommend Aqua Bay's location for a U-Haul rental.. Thank You..
LEO LWith the trailer rental I also rented a dolly but when we get there there is no dolly. I was told that the web site does not keep track of this sort of thing and this happens often. This sort of thing should never happen, how hard would it be for the web site to keep track of these as well as the trailer. Other then this everything was good.
