All was perfect & a pleasure to tow behind my 2500 GMC p/u.. My hat goes off for U-Haul's Area Field Manager Steve Shorts, this industry needs more ppl. like Mr. S. Shorts that have the ( P.R.) Public Relation Skills & ability to deal with customers needs.. Also, Jake @ the counter was a great help as well for the first Trl Rental.... I highly recommend Aqua Bay's location for a U-Haul rental.. Thank You..

With the trailer rental I also rented a dolly but when we get there there is no dolly. I was told that the web site does not keep track of this sort of thing and this happens often. This sort of thing should never happen, how hard would it be for the web site to keep track of these as well as the trailer. Other then this everything was good.
