RICKY T(( To Whom It May Concern... )) As Per Contract # ; ****0637 Location : Aqua Bay 1157 Midland Ave Kingston, ON K7P2X8 The area Field Manager for this location ( Steve Shorts ) went above & beyond his duty's to see that the 6' x 12' - Utility Trl. was in pristine condition for my trip by personally going over the complete unit.. All was perfect & a pleasure to tow behind my 2500 GMC p/u.. My hat goes off for U-Haul's Area Field Manager Steve Shorts, this industry needs more ppl. like Mr. S. Shorts that have the ( P.R.) Public Relation Skills & ability to deal with customers needs.. Also, Jake @ the counter was a great help as well for the first Trl Rental.... I highly recommend Aqua Bay's location for a U-Haul rental.. Thank You..
