It would be nice if Uhaul would actually give me enough miles to make to my destination. I was 27 miles over and I did not go out of my way at any point. It's very disappointing to have to pay more while I'm returning the truck. Especially when I returned the truck with way more gas than was in it when I rented it.

Staff didn’t know how to check out equipment. I had to go on their PC to help get paperwork completed. Checkout took about 30 mins because it was a convenient store and they kept stopping to serve customers buying booze. Trailer still had dirt inside, I agreed to clean it out myself before using. One tire had a slow leak which I had to keep refilling to allow use.
Matthew KFriendly helpful service. Happily assisted with last minute equipment needs. Would rent from them again.
MARK GI was charged more than my reservation receipt. About $40 more than my original rental receipt. Additionally, there was no gas in the truck and when I returned it with the same amount, the Clark in Appleton told me I would be charged an additional $20 for gas. I have rented 15 U-Haul’s over the past few years or so. It was always a great and seamless experience. I do not understand why gas stations are now involved. It used to be a 5 star experience every time and now it’s a 1 star experience. Additionally, my rental was for 2 days and I received a text 6 hours after I picked up the truck that a family was waiting to use it. Just a terrible experience and getting random gas stations involved is just getting further away from the Uhaul standards.
Nicholas SGet people that speak english. I went into the gas station, the guy behind the counter had to call someone on video call/facetime to start the process. I was doing everything on speaker phone 2nd hand. I didn't sign anything, he basically asked if he could put my initials down, like I had any other choice? I didn't sign anything, just agreed verbally on the phone. Took over 10 minutes
