The truck was dirty inside and out. Additionally, the A/C did not work properly as it constantly turned on and off. This, along with a filthy interior and windshield, made the experience inferior. I feel this experience can be resolved by refunding the additional charge for extra mileage as the initial cost for the rental was significantly expensive.Douglas J.

When picking up the trailer from Fred's alignment, there was a homeless person living in the trailer. I was also informed the trailer was broken by the homeless community. When I informed the company, they sent out two men to â€˜check' on the trailer which meant they went out and threw this man's things on the ground. After returning the trailer, the company neglected to inform uhaul that I had returned the trailer. This was not brought to my attention until last week. Over 14 months later when I attempted to rent another trailer from an actual uhaul store and was told there was an e-file against me. I was never sent a â€˜demand letter' so was never aware of this mistake. This is a failure of the uhaul manager to not follow up on this supposed loss of property. I am very disappointed in the service I received by this and the amount of time it took to rectify this. The customer service manager, Ricardo Jimenez, was very helpful and open about what was going on. As a customer it is quite frustrating to keep hearing â€œHector put this inâ€ regarding the e-file. I heard this at the uhaul store (under whispers between sales associates) as well as by the e-file agent, the call center, and the customer service agent. It is my understanding that Hector was on vacation but at any other reputable business, there would be an alternate designated that could help. Franklin CurtisFranklin C.

There was barely any gas in the truck when we got it - less than they said there would be. We put $40 in gas, drove 6-8 miles and brought it back. Then when we returned it with more gas than when we left and we were still charged an additional $37 after the fact. Just kind of annoying, but not surprised by this.Madison R.
