No one was there, shop doors were open. Gave up waiting, used key drop off.

Location looked abandoned. Owner/employees not present when we arrived. We called and they came quickly though. Friendly, but he tried to do everything from his phone and improperly completed the forms. He didn't check all the equipment out to us but sent us with it. The car dolly looked fine until we got it home and tried to load the car on it. The straps for the wheels were broken and not long enough to secure the vehicle. Overall our experience was very poor from start to finish. Our pick up location and equipment was changed on us, equipment was faulty, customer service was not helpful in any way. When we tried to contact the closest location to repair or replace the car dolly, we were told we would have to go back to the pick up location which ended up being nearly 30 miles from our preferred pick up location. We ended up with a smaller truck than needed as well.
Ray D.The Austin Uhual sent me two hours away to Kosse. The employee in Kosse was helpful, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend because it was a ridiculous distance to drive.
Jeremy H.Just dropped it off. Maybe they are great, I don't know
CHRISTOPHER D.As I shared in a previous email. When I hooked up the trailer cable to my pickup, it burned up my electric trailer brake controller mounted on my dash. I did NOT have this problem with a previous Auto Transport Trailer that I rented several months ago. And I did NOT have this problem just a few days ago when I hooked up my own utility trailer. So there must be something wrong with THAT particular trailer. I never signed a contract. The man that was supposed to handle this transaction, was not at the site where the trailers were at. I had to hunt him down even though I called him the day before and reminded him that I had an appointment to pick it up at 9 am. He seemed lost...... He did not want me to pay when I picked it up. And when I returned it, he was out on some kind of service call for his other job. When I pointed out that the trailer brakes were not working he said that, "it's all good cause the lights are working".......??? He called at 4:45 and said he sent en email, but I never received anything that whole evening. It was not until I sent an email to the company that I received an invoice for the charges. I would still like to know HOW TO FILE A CLAIM for the damage to my electric brake controller! I am very dissatisfied with this situation. I would appreciate a real response.
