Location check out procedure was quick and efficient. They promptly hooked up the trailer and loaned a 4 way connector. The inside of the trailer had substantial residual chemicals from the previous renter. We lost one day of use and project delays due to having to mitigate the VOC contamination. Our products would have been contaminated and unfit for installation without the clean out.

CHRISTY MI did not have the furniture pads or dolly as I requested.
Anna MThe interior of the vehicle had not been cleaned at all. The interior smelled horribly of cat urine and there was pet hair all over the seats. There were crumbs, food, and other debris all over the floor and door pockets. The smell of cat urine was so bad I couldn't be in it without both windows down. Pick up was easy, keys were easy to find, van ran well, but the van was filthy.
