I had scheduled to pick up the truck at East Penn storage at10 am,received a call 1 hour before and was told the truck was not available till 1pm.Uhaul directed me to a different location for the rental. Everything went ok, need to reschedule my moving plans.

I realize this location doesn’t have packing items available but I didn’t select it as my pickup location initially I picked the one in macungie but when I went to the reservation it was this location. It made a longer driver to get the equipment and a stop at a second U-Haul location to get my full order
