Great customer service, very friendly and down to earth
KURT SOrdered equipment to move and it wasn't left in the truck. So I had to drive from my home to a completely different location 10 miles away and they charge by the mile for rentals so I paid for 20 miles of extra fuel to get equipment that was supposed to be in the truck but wasn't. Mikes towing was nice but I do not a will not recommend self service. If anything is wrong at all it seems like you have to pay for it even if it is a mistake they made by not leaving equipment that you pay for.
Charner DAmanda was great as usual. I only rent from her location.
PAUL BPerson renting the truck and dollies was awesome! VERY FRIENDLY! But....Tow dolly straps were frayed and too short to tow my vehicle. I had to leave my vehicle behind. Also, I drove at night. The driver's side headlight was out. I drove on numerous interstates with only one headlight. I advised the drop off location of these problems.
