When I got to this location the sales agent had a disagreement with a customer. The agent had her boss on speakerphone trying to solve whatever issue they were dealing with. Having your boss on speakerphone while other customers are listening is totally unprofessional. My rental truck was swarming with ants. They were EVERYWHERE, to the point of creating a driving hazard!

It was parked in a field in knee high field grass and in a dip causing the hitch not being able to be raised high enough.
Steven OI have never had an issue with Uhaul the company its just this location was not up to par. I would not rent from them again. They were not equipped with bug spray as the truck was infested with ants and before I drove off I had to have a family member bring me some so that I can spay and clean out back and inside cab.
