Windshield was cracked, but it was below the line of vision. The truck was well maintained.
Gregory LNobody was at the location for pick up so had to call U-Haul customer service and it took over a hour to get code to get key out of key box. Very frustrating!
Ginger LI have to reach out to U-Haul to provide a discount due to the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle. This vehicle is a severe safety hazard and should NOT be rented until fully/deeply inspected.
Jada JI did an after hours drop off, so I did not interact with any of the personnel.
