There were a few hiccups with the original reservation, but it was easily solved by a call to customer service. All went well and the truck was very adequate, thr staff at the pickup location are super friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody

warren bThe shop guy didn’t have my reservation. And when I show to him through my phone he said he didn’t have the truck available and the rate provided by him was 70% more than what the app shows. I spend 40min on the phone with costumer service to solve that. The parking brake is broken, the internal flip-down shade is broken as well and interrupts visibility since you have to be bending again and again. I got charge for an appliance trolly and i never got it. In general a really bad experience.
Andres MI assumed wrongly that I could pick up the van at 8am. Store opened at 9:30 so wasted some time. Not the peoples fault.
