This has nothing to do with the store, but it is the so called easy mobile check in U-haul offers. First, the check in process is extremely slow. It took several minutes to load each page. Second, you expect the customer to take photos of the truck. The trucks are located in time parking stalls, which requires the customer to drive to another location to take pictures. Thats ridiculous! And here my biggest pet peeve. It took me 45 mins to log in, take photos, and complete the check in process. This 45 mins cut into my rental time. I will never use mobile check in and I will tell everyone I know and also social media the flaws your system has.

PAK WThey forgot to unlock the lock for the back of the truck. They gave the wrong code to unlock it. Forgot to give instructions of how to return the truck after hours. The app didn't work to return the truck. Instructions weren't given where to drop off the key, I finally found it in the dark.
