The mobile pickup did not work, GPS did not pick up the location and I had to call their office and go to another location to do the paperwork and get the vehicle details. The person at the office was really helpful.

The radio did not work in truck. Also there is a big sticker across review mirror that says “do not use back up camera for backing”. Never found any camera.
