No paperwork received. None. The drop off was to be at the same place the storage unit was rented. They sent me to another location. They gave me the wrong address. Ended up in someone’s driveway for their house. Googled correct address and went there. They wouldn’t accept the truck. Told us to go back where we were originally at for the storage unit to drop off. Really!!!!!!!! Awful

Rochely DOwner did not like having a trailer. Ended up helping me connect but wasn’t overly helpful. Told me he usually only had trucks most of the time.
STEPHEN SOpened up truck and there was nothing but trash and pallets inside. Couldn't get any assistance from location and he couldn't speak or understand English. Had to call uhaul directly to even get the vehicle as the location just said come back later I can't get into uhaul site. As I was leaving a domestic situation this was not an option and only delayed me leaving.
Krystal MWorst experience. The trailer i rented was hooked up to Uhaul truck. The attendant there didn't even help me unhook from the Uhaul or help me hook up to my pick up. While moving trailer downhill 30 feet to my pickup chains wrapped around my foot and almost threw me down. I would not recommend or ever pick up any equipment from this place ever again. I also had a flat on the way to my drop off location. The road side mechanic said the hub was ready to fall off.They should not be representing Uhaul.
