Never received such horrible service from U-Haul. The back of the truck was full of boxes upon arrival, the radio didn’t work, they took nearly a month to bill me, I asked the clerk for a trash can to dispose the trash left in the truck and he said they didn’t have one.

Change all these people in this place nobody show me where is tge car it tooks me 29 min to find it when i return it back somebody take the key which checkout tge car then charge me more than double millage
Yasser ASeemed like a very random pickup location in a business center. All went very smoothly and efficiently.
Gregory SI got charged for 3x the amount because they said I never returned the truck. Very confusing instructions on drop off and kept calling me every day wasting my time on the phone telling me I never returned the truck. Very stressful, poor service, not understanding or empathetic, never choosing this business again, save your money.
