I picked the truck up after hours. The lock to get the truck key didn't work well, and it wasn't operator error. I spend thirty minutes with a Uhaul representative before being able to get the lock opened. The truck was in so-so condition and needed new tires.

They did not provide any documentation fuel level when we picked it up it was a little over half full. When I got to the drop off location I returned with the same amount. But was charged $60+ dollars for fuel felt like this was a scam for the centers to make additional money off their customers will use Ryder for all future rentals.
