This was a no hassle rental executed by the staff of the store. Everyone was congenial and seemed happy to be at work, not just going through the motions. As to stock on hand, they had one of everything which made it easy for me to pick the right equipment for the right job. Kudos to Kals

Drop off was further than our reservation reserved for us. The entire experience was a nightmare, at no fault of the newest pick up and drop off locations. U-Haul made a reservation for us and were unable to honor it.

Randall TTwo weeks prior to when we needed the trailer we we reserved one at SignsFast LLC. The day before we were to pick up the trailer we received an email to pick up the 4x8 trailer at another location, Grizzly Trailers. We went to the location given in the email and the location was closed, but the trailer we had reserved was there. After several several phone calls and wasting most of the afternoon we went to the location we had originally made a reservation. The people at SignsFast were very helpful and located a trailer for us at Kals Food, about 15 miles away. It was a very frustrating day and we ended up departing later then we had planned.
