it took my family and i almost an hour and a half to get the uhaul in our possession. during that time frame we missed the window we had to go into the storage place and had to keep the uhaul longer than intended. our original reservation was for a ONE WAY rental, but during that hour and a half it got switched to an in town rental without our knowledge. now the system is trying to charge us for wrong location drop off on a matter that isn’t our fault at all, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. this is the worst experience i’ve had with uhaul yet.

shane dAs you look into toot files, I tried to change my round trip to a one way, but ran into problems with the cashier at the location, she would not change my transaction from round trip to one way. I have used this location many times, when I lived in lake panasoffkee, but changing from local to one way seemed to be a problem for her. I don’t want to have problems with u-haul, I love you guys I did fuel the truck and dropped off at Gainesville location by 84 lumber, but communication was a real bad experience for me
james wIt's a convenience store. Uhaul is a side business. No boxes, we needed them. They made me drag the dolly and blankets into the store.pissed me off after moving all day
