How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure the vehicle is maintained. The passenger side brake light and directional did not work, which was not discovered until it was loaded and in transit, and the front tire tread was marginal, at best.
Bruce VI've rented here many times over the years. This is a good u-haul location, better than some others I have used. the office is not at the same place as the yard. Best to call first to confirm the equipment. The owner has been a good guy and has never wasted my time.
Russel WConveniently located, Truck was ready to go and pick up by following instructions on phone app. The pickup and return processes have too many steps, although I understand why much of it is needed when an employee is not present. Overall, quite effective. Billing reconciliation to adjust the initial estimate is fast and accurate.
