Thankfully the owner of the location was there otherwise we wouldn't have been able to access the keys to the truck. The code that the Uhaul website provided was a number code and the lock was a word code. We waited for a half hour on the phone and simultaneously using the chat feature. We spoke to one person on the phone and the person over the chat feature seemed condescending. Neither person helped us. To clarify, this is NOT a reflection on Advanced Autoworks. I have used their uhaul services before and have been very happy. This is the first time I have used the online service at their location (I HAVE used it elsewhere), and I was very unhappy. Thankful the owner stopped by!
