Have gas available in your pumps. This way I do not have to put miles on the vehicle to go to another gas station to fill up when there is one here.

We wait for more than 2 hours for the truck then they create a duplicate contract and charge me for 3 days wen we use the truck for less than 24 hours. After 5 phone calls was resolved.
Pablo VIt took us a long time to find where we had to park the U-Haul truck. I suggest putting in the description that it’s behind or around the back side of the shopping plaza as that is where U-Haul vehicles are parked and where the lock box is located.
Sondra SKeys were not in vehicle, no customer support when contacting customer service, was charged for extra days when vehicle was returned prior to drop off time. Was not a good experience and will only be picking up from u-haul locations from now on.
Nicole LI make my reservation a week before. I came to check pic up location day before 6.13 and confirm that I do have 15’ truck next day on June 14th…Thay said yes…When coming to pick up U-Haul truck next day it was not there…U-Haul was double booked my truck and gave that truck some one else night before…They make me cancel my original reservation and make me book 20’ truck that was 100 dollars more..I need refund $100 from U-Haul who double booked….My truck rental was one way from Lake Worth Fl to Punta Gorda Fl. I never had this problem before with U-Haul…. Please contact me and return my extra money I paid…I also neede to return truck for different location and city that was originally planted….
