Truck was dirty and I needed to clean myself. Second, the mobile experience takes too long and when I got the lock password, it would not correct. Spend 45 minutes working with Uhaul support because the lock password was wrong.

DIEUNE BAlways happens, their don’t have a good customer service and always charge me an extra day I must always call to customer service from U-haul
HENSELL BLet them know that you have to have someone there to let you in and that lock box for key is in back of building
