I had to wait for them to open even though my pickup appointment was at 9am, the guy strolled out of his RV half asleep and opened the doors at 9:05 after I called the office, knocked on the door, etc. When trying to drop off the trailer, I was told they couldn't receive it because of a load of trucks they were getting at the same location I picked it up at and told me to take it back to another location and I was charged a fee for dropping it off at a different location. I'll never use this location again and u haul should consider whether this location reflects their own business policies.
