Upon returning the vehicle, the owner came outside irate that I would leave my car parked at his store during my 2 day rental. I asked why he didn’t call me to tell me this was a problem and I would have moved it. He said he didn’t have my phone number and I should know better. My husband then got out of the car and told him to stop yelling at me. Then the owner threw the keys at my husband and yelled at my husband to “do his job”. Beyond rude, bizarre and the store is disgustingly dirty and smells bad to boot…I won’t go back. I don’t recommend ANY woman go there.

Gentleman at the store could not find my initial reservation, so had to make another one. He kept saying there was nothing he could do from his computer. I would have to contact UHAUL directly. Truck smelled like cat urine.
DONALD DWas expecting a U-Haul professional facility- this was not. Was charged for fuel when I returned with the exact amount as I originally received it. Had to park in mud. Never again!
