I was charged for 7 gallons of gas although I filled it to the level that I returned the vehicle. Other than that great service
DENNIS MWas billed the wrong amount of mileage saying I drove 80 extra miles. Also billed me for the $15 insurance I didn't request. A nice man called from customer service later and refunded the overages which I sincerely appreciated. But, I don't think this location is trustworthy.
SCOTT RGuy upped my rate by $150 when I arrived. Per my app it was $180 at pickup location. When I arrived it auto changed to $340??? And then he said it was $280 No idea how this worked. Such a bad experience and I would like to be refunded
Tyler IThe clerk was nice. The lot was muddy, tight and the truck was filthy. The truck not having cruise control was torture for a drive that's close to 2,000 miles with a load share trailer.
