Your company should be more flexible with pricing and equipment. For example, I initially asked for both a standard dolly and appliance dolly but ended up not needing the standard dolly; however, when I returned the truck, and the manager confirmed we never used he standard dolly (green plastic tie wasn't broken), he said the company doesn't allow him to drop the $7 charge, even though the mileage clearly can be adjusted from our original "estimate" verse the final price.

It wasn't really clear where to park when returning. But I just followed sign for equipment return. Lots of pictures to take. Generally first picture uploaded ok. Then it would not upload subsequent photos for that question.

At morning pickup the employee was very direct and came across with a rude attitude as if we were a bother. Upon return at the end of the day a different employee met us with the same attitude. This location is definitely not customer friendly. The equipment worked fine but there was a bad Oder inside the truck. I probably won't use this location again.

I reserved a 15-foot truck online to be picked up at another location. That store associated with the reservation did not have the vehicle and indicated that the online reservation process was had failed. I was forced to travel to another U-Haul store.

I had a very miserable experience with Uhaul and would like to speak to someone about being compensated before I make my experience public on social media. I was switched locations THREE times, the day of my appointment. I arrived at my first location, 1 mile away from my house, where they then directed me to my second location because of an error, 10 miles away from my house. Upon arriving at my second location, I was then directed to a THIRD location, 16 miles away from my house. As you all know, you pay based on mileage. I spoke to multiple people who told me I was going to be compensated, and then never was. This was absolutely unorganized and a miserable experience as a customer.

For one, hire people with better Customer device skills, two, lower your mileage charge 69 cents when you already pay for rental fee and pay the gas is a bit much. Service your vehicle the van ran like it was in desperate need of an alignment

We showed up promptly for a 2PM pickup, only to be told that the previous customer had not returned the truck yet. We left and returned in 45 minutes, and the truck was still not returned. We requested a slightly larger truck for the same price, and there was initial resistance, but then the representative was able to give it to us at the lower price. Overall, the service was good, and the error was not the U-Haul representative's, but it was a frustrating waste of time for us on a busy Saturday.

The video for attaching a tow dolly was not adequate, also, the web straps became loose during the tow, after being connected at the facility by an employee.

Not big on complaining unless I really feel I've been taken by a business. I just plotted the course that we traveled with our rented truck last Sat. for several pieces of furniture we bought through Next Door. It literally shows 10.2 miles. From the U-haul pickup, to a house for sale in Solterra, to my house on South side of Jewell across from Dunstan and back to the U-haul. When truck was returned, I was informed we had driven 91 miles. As you would imagine my jaw hit the pavement. Don't know the reason, but today was my day to get screwed by U-haul. I have been in Gr. Mtn. since I was 8 years old (33 years) so I'm very dis-appointed to have this local business jack me this way. I can remember my Dad renting trucks from this place when I was a kid. Don't know what happened, don't know why, but no doubt I didn't drive 91 miles. Let our mistake be your lesson, always jump in the truck while the U-haul employee is there and check the odometer on the paperwork to the truck. This was my wife's first time setting up a rental truck and picking it up so we hadn't done that and certainly weren't prompted to do it. I ended up paying $80 extra because of it. All conversations with them including the half hour following turning the truck in were completely non-productive as we were clearly making it up. I will explore my options next time around for sure! Nothing like getting taken by the business next door, Thanks U-haul!

I don't have a complaint about this location. But generally, I did reserve this trailer at a different location. I did not get a notification that I had to go to a different location. I had planned my trip and my day around the pick up this trailer, and the location change was inconvenient, and not knowing that there was a location change made it even worse.

It was easy to schedule my appointment, the person on the phone was very friendly. The person at the pick up location, Drew, was incredibly rude at pick up & drop off. I had arranged to have the trailer the entire day; however, when my husband went to get the trailer Drew requested a drop off time. My husband guessed 5 pm. We live 35 minutes from the drop off location & did not return it until almost 6:30. Drew was again rude at drop off and threatened that U Haul might charge me for dropping it off late. I would never use this location again because of Drew.
