Employ staff that you can understand
Dave CBoth fenders were damaged when unit was picked up causing the door retainers to not engage the doors to kerp them open. The wiring harness did not reach the Tow vehicle. No harness extension was available at this location. Overall a good experience with this location.
ROSS PBooking was made well in advance for a three day rental at a pickup location in Ottawa. Day before our move I get a call from a fairly rude agent telling me that there was no truck for me for three days but She could let me have one for 1 day. I protested and ended up having to go to Lanark ON to get my truck. Lanark is 45 minutes west of Ottawa. Then when I returned the truck with actually more gas in it than when I picked it up I was charged a fuel surcharge of approximately $24.00.
