I was to pick up the truck at 7am but never got the info to get the keys from the lockbox. I had to wait until 9am for location to open. I will never use U-Haul again.

Dan at Peace of Mind was fantastic and gave me his number if I have issues with corporate as truck I had was really in bad shape. Out of alingment and had to keep straight. Shimmied from 30-65 mph terrible. Was extremely disappointed with the change from a 15' to a 26' truck from Uhaul but was on a schedule. Larger truck had no power for a F650 and I only had it 20% loaded. probally used 2-3Xs gas as I would have used in my original 15' rental.
