Edward MTrailer wheels were covered with red mud. Staff was not on site for scheduled pick up time.
Albert HMy reservation was screwed up at all stops. I asked for a one way to GA, but was given a return to SC. I got a call the next day after pick up from SC to find out drop off time. I was in GA by that time still driving to my destination. I was quoted 2 days, 317 miles and $306.00. The truck was dirty with a used paper plate in the window and food on the dash and floor. This was the worst experience ever with uhaul for me.
BERNADETTE MNo furniture pads. The truck was left with 12 miles till empty. Had to rush to get gas and almost ran out.
