Service reps were very helpful, from getting my license uploaded when my phone wouldn't behave to searching in the back for some furniture pads. The 15' truck was super clean in the cabin and in the cargo space. We had the truck out on the interstate for 4 hours and it behaved really well. All in all, a very good experience.

Shereka M.Had to clean out the inside trailer as debris from previous uses was inside on floor. Inside cab needed wiping down and INSIDE windows of cab was very dirty with spillage, film and finger marks through out. Truck can use a front end alignment as 2 hands are needed to keep it steady on the road ( even without a load). Otherwise the truck ran great. The pickup attendant at store was very pleasant and friendly. Easily convenient site to pickup.
