Despite having issues returning the truck due to multiple other box trucks completely blocking the entire parking lot after the office was closed, we were able to get assistance through corporate as to what to do until two employees came to move the trucks and we could complete the return process. Perhaps a better understanding at what a customer could do in that situation would have relieved a lot of stress. The next morning, we realized in the chaos of the night before, we might have left some keys in the console of the rental truck. The two ladies working Sunday morning were so kind to let us search for them. Unfortunately, we did not find them even though we were almost positive we left them in the front console of the truck. However, that was our mistake and we take full responsibility and thank the two ladies who helped us try to find the keys.

For the Summerlin location, I would only recommend based on its convenience/location The first woman with whom I dealt did not seem to enjoy her job very much. The second woman, kind, friendly, and professional.
glenn bThe online check was easy but I still needed to have the truck brought out to me. If self check out is available then I should be able to drive up get my truck without having to wait for the truck to be brought out.
