The office upon the return day was closed due to a holiday, they staff could have made us aware of the closure so we wouldn't be stranded with the equipment late Monday evening. We had to call, Tom who works for Uhaul was nice but he was limited on helping us, finally someone was only able to put a note on out account that we were returning the equipment and luckily someone left so the gate open so we were able to drop off the equipment but otherwise no one could tell us what to do with the equipment. We will not be returning to this location. Thank you.

ALLEN RTruck was dirty. Had to clean it. It really needs to be power washed inside. I had to pay $40 cash, no receipt, under the table for them to help me load my 🚗 on the car carrier and secure it. They did that poorly. The rear chain was never attached.
MATTHEW NOverall, the rental experience was good, but I rented a trailer for 24 hours at the rate of $34. 3 days later I find that they actually charged me over $100, and said I had the trailer for 3 days. Had to call customer service to get refund. We'll see if it happens.
