Parking was tight but the outfit couldn’t be any easier. The staff was awesome! Very courteous. Not sure I’ve been to a better UHaul location and I’ve been to 50 of them in my 58 years of life.

Even though the U-Haul wasn't clean, when I did mention it upon return I did get compensation for it not being clean. Other than that small issue, everything was great and very easy process
Mignon OWe first came to this location to drop off the trailer. The guy who removed the trailer was great. He was efficient. He got us in and out quickly and was helpful. When I returned to return the truck, there was a sign saying to stay in the vehicle and someone would come out to inspect the vehicle and check me out. No one ever came. I eventually went into the office. There were 2 people there who could clearly see me but did not come out. I gave them the key and went back to clean out the cab. I went back in to the office and asked if they were going to check the vehicle, the person in the office said no unless you were in an accident or something. I said I was not and they said I was okay then. This was not reassuring.
MARY BNothing, the Service, was Excellent, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to rent a storage facility or a UHAUL, for moving furniture or other Bulk things, I would also like to send a special thanks to Jose, one of the Sales and customer service Clerk, who was very special and kind.
