Laurel location was fine - however, I originally reserved the truck at one of the 4 Rockville locations in advance & received notice from U-Haul a day before scheduled pickup that that my pickup location was being moved 15 miles away to Laurel as my rental was no longer guaranteed at the original pickup location. Fortunately the gentleman at the Laurel location added extra miles which covered the distance between Laurel & Rockville...made the white-knuckled drive back to load up less frustrating...

Terrible location, customer service was awful, I reserved a van a week in advance and I had to walk away with a huge truck since they did not have my reservation available. I also requested a dolly and that was not included in the truck but I was still charged with that price. To top it off the associate who "helped" was entirely rude, his name is Emmanuel Freeman. He had a rude and rushed demeanor and needs to revisit if this is the right job for him.
Henok YDon’t get a Uhaul from this location!! This location didn’t provide any of the equipment I rented along with my truck. It was incredibly inconvenient for me! I booked this rental two weeks in advance and wasn’t provided any moving equipment I booked.

Nana KJust the truck had a minor issue with the transmission on reverse. It was not switching to reverse easily.
