Terrible location, customer service was awful, I reserved a van a week in advance and I had to walk away with a huge truck since they did not have my reservation available. I also requested a dolly and that was not included in the truck but I was still charged with that price. To top it off the associate who "helped" was entirely rude, his name is Emmanuel Freeman. He had a rude and rushed demeanor and needs to revisit if this is the right job for him.

Don’t get a Uhaul from this location!! This location didn’t provide any of the equipment I rented along with my truck. It was incredibly inconvenient for me! I booked this rental two weeks in advance and wasn’t provided any moving equipment I booked.

Nana KJust the truck had a minor issue with the transmission on reverse. It was not switching to reverse easily.
SAYED MAbsolutely stellar service. Mr. Emmanuel was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As a woman renting a truck, he was VERY helpful!!
