When I arrived to the location the door was locked! I could not get in! I couldnt imagine the place being closed. I started walking around looking for someone. I saw a man sleeping in a car but I was nervous to approach the car! I finally decided to knock on his window! I asked him did he work at this location, he didnt respond! Shortly after I sae him getting out the car! He walks over to the address and opens the door! He tells me they dont have a reservation! I show him the screen shot I saved of my reservation! Then it took forever to process the transaction, the system runs slow! He didnt offer any supplies! When I made the reservation I request a dolly! I told the guy it was one way and I would drop the truck off in Rockville, MD. This information was not added to the reservation. To top it off the gentleman asked me, "If hr moved one of the trucks, could I move my car from in front of the office! I say no! Ive already been inconvenienced enough! I will never use this location again!

PRINCE TI looked at the Receipt and I was charged for the Cleaning even if it was not clean when I first took. There was nothing I have left inside since i only moved Trampoline from my house to Junk. Not sure what cleaning I Was charged for. Also I returned the Truck with half gas which was suppose to be 1/8 when I took. I was over charged and I am so upset about it and I lost my trust with UHAUL. Frustrating when I saw my final invoice
